Use the Canberra Connect online feedback system to submit service requests, questions, comments, complaints and suggestions.

Submissions made via the Canberra Connect online feedback system are sent directly to the ACT Government agency responsible for the issue in question. Customers who choose to register their details are able to track or update submissions via their account page.

Contact centre hours: 7am to 8pm AEDT Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm AEDT Saturday and 9am to 5pm Sunday. Limited service available outside of these hours.
