Serve You Right, established by Canberra Connect in 2006, is a collaborative forum and network of like minded organisations that deliver and improve government customer service delivery, including:
- Service Tasmania
- Service SA
- Smart Service Queensland
- Information Victoria
- Northern Territory Business Centres
- Service Ontario (Canada)
- NYC 311 (United States)
- New Zealand State Services Commission, and
- Other entities with a strong focus on integrated service delivery such as the Australian Tax Office and the Australian Government Information Management Office (AGIMO).
Serve You Right is a unique opportunity to share experiences and knowledge in Government approaches to customer-centric service delivery.
Hosting of an annual event is rotated amongst Australian State Government jurisdictions. The network also participates in benchmarking actvities and is in contact with one another throughout the year.
