The ACT Women's Register is a database containing information provided by women who have an interest in nominating for appointment to ACT Government and non-Government boards, committees and statutory authorities.
The ACT Office for Women performs the initial selection process to determine which of the women on the Register might meet the needs of a particular organisation.
Information from the Register may be made available to non-Government organisations and Government boards, committees and statutory authorities for consideration for appointment. Personal information may also be provided to private sector boards, managers or management committees of a non-government organisation for approval.
