Victims Register Registration

Following the arrest, prosecution and sentencing of an offender, victims may wish to continue to be informed as to the progress and whereabouts of an offender who is serving a prison sentence, or is to be considered for release to parole. In the ACT, eligible victims may register on a Victims' Register. By so doing, they become eligible to receive information on an offender. They also become eligible to submit information to authorities about the release of an offender from prison.

The Package provides information to assist with determining whether a victim is eligible to register on the ACT Victims' Register and a form to add your details to the register.
