Travel Agent Licence

A company or individual wishing to operate as a travel agent must register with the Office of Regulatory Services. Registrations expire annually on 30 June.

A number of forms are required when lodging an application, all of which are included in the application package. Police records checks and other documents supporting the application are required. All copies of identification for this application must be certified.

Office of Regulatory Services will contact the applicant when eligibility for the licence has been decided and will advise the applicant about the licence fees payable.
