Statement of Change of Beneficial Ownership

The Statement of Change of Beneficial Ownership form must be submitted to the ACT Revenue Office by the transferee, together with payment of duty, within 90 days of the transfer of dutiable property that is:

liable to ad valorem duty; and
is not effected by a written instrument (such as a contract for the purchase of property).
