The ACT Government manages approximately 300 hectares of sportsgrounds that are available for hire for ad-hoc and ongoing seasonal bookings by sporting groups, schools and the general community.
Cost depends upon a number of factors including type of oval (enclosed/unenclosed oval), number of ovals, duration and facilities required.
A hire charge applies to all formal bookings. All hirers will receive an Account Statement that will detail the level of fees payable and possible payment options.
