Second-Hand Dealers Licence

Individuals, partnerships and companies must register with The Office of Regulatory Services in order to operate as a second-hand dealer in the ACT.

A number of forms are required when lodging a licence application, all of which are included in the application package. Police record checks and other documents supporting the application are required, please visit the Office of Regulatory Services website for further information.

Office of Regulatory Services will contact the applicant when eligibility for the licence has been decided and will advise the applicant about the licence fees payable.
