The Restorative Justice Unit (RJU) has engaged with Canberra Connect Shopfronts to provide our clients with greater flexibility to pay their contributions as part of their restorative justice agreements. Our clients will have the option to make their payment either in person, at Canberra Connect Shopfronts, online or by telephone.
An RJU Customer Payment Card will be posted to our clients within 7 days after their restorative justice agreement date. Card users will need their customer reference number to begin making their payments and we strongly suggest our clients read the information on their customer payment card carefully to ensure that their payment details are correct before submitting their payment.
