Use this form to lodge completed Certificates of Electrical Safety and Start Of Work notices for New Residential electrical installations that need to be submitted to the ACT Planning and Land Authority.
This form is to be completed by a licenced electrician upon testing of new installations of electrical work for New Residences or Alternative Energy Supply systems.
Note: This form is for Residential Installations only. If you have tested a commercial installation, please use the Certificate of Electrical Safety form.
