Rental Property Condition of Premises Report

Upon renting a property, tenants must receive a report on the condition of the property. This report should be provided by the landlord or agent no later than one day after the property is handed over.

Tenants should check the report carefully and note any points of disagreement before signing it and returning it to the landlord or agent within seven days.
