Marriage Certificates

Marriage certificates are issued to the bride or groom named in the certificate. You may obtain your parents' marriage certificate if both parents are deceased. If you are not the bride or groom, you must provide one of the following:

written authority from the bride or groom;
power of attorney from the bride or groom; or
evidence that you represent the bride/groom/child.
