Hydraulics Start of Work Notice

Prior to commencing any plumbing, drainage, water or irrigation work on a residential or commercial premises, the licensee (the drainer and/or plumber holding a current ACT licence) must lodge a start of work notice with the ACT Planning and Land Authority.

When the work is completed and tested a copy of the Certificate of Completion must be forwarded to the property owner and the ACT Planning and Land Authority.
