Grant of a Further Standard Residential Lease

All land in the ACT is leased. Leases which are likely to expire within 30 years can be extended through the granting of a lease.

Applications can be lodged online for single residential properties.

Applications for the grant of a further crown lease to a non-residential, unit titled residential blocks or rural blocks must be lodged directly with the ACT Planning & Land Authority.
