Fireworks Display Permit

Use this form to apply for a Fireworks Display Permit under Dangerous Substances Act 2004 and Dangerous Substances (Explosives) Regulation 2004. This application for a permit should be submitted to WorkSafe ACT at least 28 days prior to a planned display

The applicant must have experience in the types of fireworks for which the permit is sought, and have a demonstrated need to use public display fireworks on a regular basis.

The permit is not transferable and can be revoked, suspended or cancelled.
