Criminal Infringement Notices are issued for criminal actions such as defacing public or private property or premises, urinating in public, supplying liquor to an intoxicated person, consuming liquor in prescribed public places, abusing, threatening or intimidating staff, failure to leave premises when directed and failing to comply with noise abatement directions. These fines can be paid online. Payment must be made within 28 days of the Date of Service of the notice. If you fail to pay the penalty within 28 days a Reminder Notice will be served on you with an additional fee added to cover the cost of producing the Reminder Notice.
If you wish to pay online, it is recommended that you pay your fine at least 4 days prior to the due date.
