Conditional real estate licence to sell land by auction

Persons wishing to sell land by auction must obtain a conditional real estate licence from Office of Regulatory Services.

A number of forms are required when lodging an application, all of which are included in the application package. Police records checks, copies of qualifications, public notification of the application and other documents supporting the application are also required.

Office of Regulatory Services will contact the applicant when eligibility for the licence has been decided and will advise the applicant about the licence fees payable.
