Commercial Pest and Weed Control Application

Class A activities include the commercial use of chemical products registered under the Commonwealth Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals Code Act 1994, such as those used in commerical pest and weed control. This class is highly regulated under the Environment Protection Act 1997 due to the potential environmental harm these activities may cause.

Environmental authorisations set out conditions for these activities and each is tailored for the activity it authorises. Before completing the application it is recommended that you contact the Environment Protection Authority to discuss your application.
