COLA Licence Renewal (Individual)

A Construction Occupation Licence is required for persons wishing to work in the ACT as builders, drainers, electricians, gasfitters, building surveyors, plumbing plan certifiers, plumbers, asbestos removalists and asbestos assessors. Some of these licences can be renewed online for one or three years by payment of the specified fee to the ACT Land and Planning Authority.

Please note that the online form cannot be used by building surveyors, plumbing plan certifiers or asbestos assessors as they require proof of insurance to renew their licence.
