Canberra Citizen of the Year Nomination

The Canberra Citizen of the Year Award recognises those in the ACT who, through their personal efforts, have made a significant contribution to our community. Both individuals and groups may be nominated for the award and may be recognised in any field, including the arts, education, community work or business.

To make a nomination, the official form must be completed. As much detail as possible needs to be provided to support the nomination. This should include a profile of the nominee/s and details of their outstanding contributions that merit consideration for the Canberra Citizen of the Year Award. Two referee reports should also be included.
