Backflow device report

A backflow device is installed in a water supply system to prevent the reverse flow of water from a potentially polluted source into a potable (drinking) water supply.

A testable backflow device is required to be tested on an annual basis. The backflow test report is provided by the qualified plumber who has tested the backflow prevention valve.
