The ACT Government, through its Business Migration Program, seeks quality applications for sponsorship from business people who have owned or managed a successful business overseas and wish to settle in Canberra and establish businesses that will employ local residents, add value to the ACT economy and introduce significant investment funds. Sponsorships are available for provisional (4 year) or permanent visas.
Important Notice:
Due to the 1 July changes to the Skilled Migration Program, complete 'decision ready' applications (hard copy) should be lodged with our office by 1 May 2012 in order to be processed by 29 June 2012. Applications received after 1 May 2012 are unlikely to be processed before 29 June 2012.
